Civil and Commercial Mediation
Mediation can be used for a wide range of civil and commercial disagreements, including contract disputes, property issues, professional negligence claims, and more. Our qualified mediators' goal is to reach a mutually agreeable settlement, avoiding the costs and time associated with court proceedings. See the Echelon Resolution and Investigation website for more details.

Workplace Mediation
Our mediator will act as a neutral third-party mediator to help two or more employees/employer in conflict reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
Common scenarios include relationship breakdowns, communication problems, personality clashes, bullying and harassment, differing management styles, issues around diversity and inclusion, conflicts over work assignments or responsibilities.
See the Echelon Resolution and Investigation website for more details of our mediation services.

Workplace Investigation
Echelon workplace investigation is a formal process used to examine allegations of misconduct, policy breaches, or other serious workplace issues.
Our trained, accredited investigators also have training in dispute resolution and carry a wealth of life experience.
They are DBS checked and are required to follow the code of conduct set out by the professional associations and institutes that they are members of in this field.
